REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rooted & Flowing, LLC, we value mutual respect, thoughtful planning, and honoring the time and energy of everyone involved. The following policy provides clarity around cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Consulting, Supervision & Professional Services

For individual consulting, supervision, mentorship, or other professional services:

  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session rate.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be done in writing using the email address provided.

If Rooted & Flowing, LLC must cancel a scheduled session, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled appointment at a mutually agreed-upon time, or

  • A full refund for the canceled session.

Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe at the Company’s discretion.

Workshops, Trainings & Live Events

For live virtual or in-person events:

  • Registrations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event.

  • Cancellations must be done in writing using the email address provided.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for transfer to a future offering, if available.

  • If Rooted & Flowing, LLC cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund.

Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, and online courses are final and non-refundable. This non-refundable policy will be clearly disclosed and acknowledged by the client at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical difficulties with accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive access.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to services or materials.

  • Payment plan commitments are non-cancelable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Requests outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Rooted & Flowing, LLC.
